Sunday Magic

A delightful way to spend our precious Sunday morning.

"Not deep enough, daddy!" So he came out again.

Making sand-water-pudding! A delicacy concocted by Peanuts (also affectionately known as Chipsy) and now regularly made by both boys as a treat for their parents. :P

Hmm.. the volcano was not quite as tall as he is yet. But good enough for that day.

Oh I love how peaceful it was that day. Thanks to the overcast and looming thunderstorm.

Continuing to play in the drizzle. They were happy to get dirty and smelly, like the way boys should! Haha!

Over the wobbly bridge.

Lastly, a good piece of nature that intrigued me!  I still don't know what it is. Do you know?

It's a magic fern! Amazing front with such huge spore pockets! Did you try to burst one?

Oh no I didn't dare. My hubby suggested it could be eggs laid by insects and that idea gave me goosebumps. It is really fascinating because they were so evenly laid out on all over.
