Crescent and Banana

He knows what a crescent is, how the shape "crescent" looks like, how to read the word "crescent" (yes, he can read!!), and he recognises the colour "yellow" with confidence and accuracy.

So while we were having lots of fun today with all things that are crescent shaped and lots of doodling and painting to make things yellow, a walk around the kitchen together showed up the possibility of inviting the banana for play.

It turned out to be rather sensorial, which can only be fun for him to try, and perhaps even more fun for me to watch.

Baby squeezed it.

Baby peeled it and squeezed it more.

Baby cut it up.

Hmm.. a piece for snack.

Then mash it and more tasting of the mushy bits.

Thanks! Actually it was 14 days on my own with the 2 boys. It was awfully tiring towards the end.
