I finally got my Braun. To be exact, this is the Braun CombiMax 600. There are zillions of recipes that I can't wait to try now that my kitchen is equipped with this beauty. It is so quiet and efficient and super easy to clean. Ahh.. who needs a maid!
Now I can chop and bake and grate and blah blah... in the wee hours when insomnia visits me. It has already been tested in my kitchen. I used it to whip some cream to make tiramisu again.
Hmmm.. I don't think I will ever pay for another slice of tiramisu when I can whip up my pretty dessert so easily.

That's really useful. And you make your own tiramisu, my all time fav. Very beautifully made too.
