The X-Plan

Though my almost 13-year-old rarely goes out to meet friends just yet, I know it is inevitable. 

Up until now, he does not seem like the kids who give in to peer pressure easily. He simply does not care much about what others think about him and does not feel the need to fit in. But all these may change in the near future. 

I am the sort of parents who tries to be two steps (or maybe 5 steps) ahead and preempts as much as I can. Yes, I am sort of a control freak.
