Breakfast Entertainment

In between mouthfuls of breakfast, the 4-year-old made up a short story in Mandarin.  :>

大象在家里吃饭  (elephant is eating rice at home)
然后, 它变成小猪  (then, it became a piglet)
小猪又吃饭  (piglet eats rice again)
吃完饭, 它去床上, 拿着一本书看  (after eating, it goes to bed bringing along a book to read)
看完书, 它把书本放回去 (after reading, it places book back)
然后, 它去外面玩  (then, it goes out to play)
一块大石头出先了  (a big rock appears)
大石头掉进河里  (big rock falls into river)
然后, 很多水上来  (then, a lot of water comes up)
水很冷  (water is very cold)
水流到小猪的头  (water flows to piglet's head)
小猪喊:‘沿水了’   (piglet screams 'it's flooding!')

All Chinese words are his own. I just typed.

Loving this progress! :)

Didn't have to remember it. I just typed (and laughed) as he talked and added the english translation later (for the daddy's sake).

Oh yes, he was sitting right in front of me at the dining table munching his breakfast while I was checking my emails, blogging and reading the news on my Macbook at the same time.
