My kids dislike crafts or anything that looks/feels messy. Everytime I look at your kids doing the crafts, I feel a tinge of envy! I shall try harder. Like you said before, must be patient and persevere! Thanks for sharing the ideas. I love them!
Hi Penchant, some kids are more sensitive to things that feel messy. My older boy used to be like this when he was very small, but as long as we parents, stay positive and encouraging, we can help them realise that the mess is no big deal. :> Keep trying and check back here for ideas! I would love to know how it goes for your kids in future.
Hello! Welcome to my world! I am a stay-at-home mum blessed with 3 beautiful kids. Any free time I have is devoted to living life to the fullest!
This site is my playground where I write about the joys of motherhood and my efforts to live a balanced and enriching life. I am passionate about early childhood development and all education-related matters, homeschooling, lapbooking, parenting, cooking and bento-ing. You will also find posts on my random thoughts about life in general.
If you are keen for your children to share the same learning experience as mine through lapbooking and trans-disciplinary thematic learning, do check out From Tiny Acorns.
