Eggs Benedict



We made this in my cooking class a few weeks ago. It is so fun and easy to make that frankly, I won't be ordering it again in restaurants. 


We used a blow torch for the extra touch, but it is an optional step. 

What I like best is the hollandaise sauce that I made. It is incredibly easy (step-wise) though some of my classmates find it tricky. 

I can't wait to make it for brunch when I invite my girlfriends over.

At a fairly renowned cooking school in the West of Singapore. Will email you details if you are keen.

It's unlikely that I will have time to take any classes if I do come over. Now it looks like I may not stop over as i am leaning towards going to a different city. Will let u know! :)
